In-Line Crimp Station
This option is designed to score and crimp the end(s) of tubing once it has been fed to the proper length so that it can be used in a finished product to prevent contamination.  Once the tubing has been installed and there is no further chance of contamination the crimped end can be snapped off by hand.  The crimp station is  hydraulically operated and is mounted between the cutting head and pull apart station and can be turned off so that the tube can be cut-off or pulled apart. This is available on our JB125 roll feed and servo hitch feed units.

In-Line End Form Unit
This option is designed to perform a single or double hit on a single end of tube while additional tubes are being cut (depending on cut length) on our servo feed units.  This unit also requires little manual setup other than to set the actual tooling prior to the first form, once the form has been set the operator can save the end form offset value in the screen. 

This is available on our JB125 roll feed and servo hitch feed units as well as our JB175 servo hitch feed unit.  We are in the process of allowing for greater than 20 length/cut quantity/end form position values to be entered either in the machine or via an ethernet connection.  Please visit our new products page for more information on this unit.
