Two Plane Straightener
These units have 2 planes, one vertical and one horizontal, with either 7 or 9 rolls per plane and are used in conjunction with a J&B Cut To Length unit to straighten tubing coming off of a coil prior to being fed to the desired length.
Each set of 14 or 18 rolls can be tooled for up to 2 tube diameters, except where noted, for tubing ranging from .060 up to .750″ diameter tube. When the tubing is larger than 7/16″ we will provide a re-rounding station that is mounted to the entry end of the straightener. The units come mounted on a plate, they are available stand mounted for an additional cost. The expected straightness tolerance is approximately +/-0.15″ per foot.
The following units are available:

Re-rounding Station
The re-rounding station is used when the weight of the levels of either soft aluminum or copper coils causes the underlying layers of tubing to loose the round tube shape and it needs to be brought back into the round state prior to being straightened. It has 2 opposed rolls (same as on straightener) which are guarded and mounted on the entry end of the straightener.
