These units are used when the coil comes either on a cardboard spool or strapped. The tubing on the coil resembles more of the line on a fishing reel than a skein of yarn and we recommend decoiling in the vertical fashion.

Cardboard Payoff
These units are designed to hold a cardboard spool of tubing in the vertical position so that the tube can be fed into the cut to length line. This type of unit can handle a spool with a 5″ pilot hole and up to 41″ OD x 12″ wide coil with a maximum weight of 350 lbs. This unit can also be purchased with one or 3 additional stations to have one in a run position and up to 3 in the load position to cut down on changeover time. A pneumatic brake is also included and when used on a pneumatic cylinder machine it will help to prevent galling and unraveling of the tube when used in conjunction with a tension unit. These are available to hold 1, 2, or 4 coils of tubing. The multiple coil units have a foot switch for ease of moving from position to position. Dual position shown.
