These units are available with up to a 36” single stroke pneumatic feed cylinder, shock absorbers, clamp, cut and pull apart mechanisms as well as a digital readout for manual length setup. The operator must set up each length manually by moving the stop until the desired length shows on the digital readout and then locking the stop. If a length longer than the single stroke of the machine is desired, the operator must be sure to divide the length into an equal number of strokes and enter it into the machine as well as the number of strokes required to reach the desired cut length. Length tolerance is approximately +/-.005” per stroke.

.187” up to .375” OD x .070 wall
Pull apart capabilities up to 1.125” for soft copper and aluminum; .500″ for steel and stainless steel
JB350/400
1.25” up to 3.50 or 4.0” OD x .125 wall
Hydraulic feed and cut cylinder are available for heavier wall tubing
