The Plate-Up units are designed to replace existing dangerous, loud and chip producing saws with a safer, lower decibel, chip less cut. These units include the following:

• Cutting head
• Clamp mechanism
• Pull apart (depending on the tube material, diameter and wall thickness)
• Motor and pulley
• Valves
• Junction box
• Proximity sensors and cables
• Spray mist unit
• Units available for either a bottom or centerline tube mill
• The unit for the bottom line tube mill as an adjustment on the top plate so that the operator can move the plate in accordance with the tube mill
• The unit for the center line tube mill is matched to the center line of the tube mill at time of assembly

.187” up to 1.125” OD x .070 wall
Pull apart capabilities up to ½” steel and stainless steel and 1.125” on soft copper and aluminum

JB175/200
.500” up to 1.750 or 2.0” OD x .100 wall
Cut Off only

JB350/400
1.250” up to 3.50 or 4.0” OD x .125 wall
Cut Off only

JB600
2.50″ up to 6.0″ OD x .375 wall
Cut Off only
