bundle unscrambler

This unit is for loading larger diameters (2 - 3.5″) of tubing and no longer than 10′ into a hitch feed machine.  A bundle of tube will be manually loaded onto the straps in the backside of the unit and unstrapped.  Once the machine is started the straps will begin to move upward thus scrambling the tubes.  Once the bundle has reached the top of the loading ramp, a set number of tubes will be loaded onto the ramp.  The straps will lower and the tubes will continue to be scrambled.  Once the loader receives a signal that the machine is ready for tubing, it will allow a single tube to be released onto V rolls and moved into position in the feed.  Once the cut tube has passed a sensor showing that another tube is needed, the loader will again release a tube and the cycle will repeat.  There is another sensor on the ramp that tells the bundle when to begin moving the straps up so that another group of tubes can be loaded.
