Our hitch feed machines have servo driven ball screws that will feed tubing to a desired length.  If the tubing is in coil form, we can pull it from the coil and up through a two-plane straightener before it is fed to length.  These machines can cut copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and coated brake lines.  Each tube cutter includes tooling for one (1) diameter of tubing.

JB125 - capable of cutting up to 1.125" diameter tubing with up to .070" wall.  Optional pull-apart, two-plane straightener and coil payoff are available

JB200 - capable of cutting up to 2.0" diameter tubing with up to .100" wall.  Optional pull-apart, two-plane straightener and coil payoff are available. Tubing and wall thickness limit available options

JB400 - capable of cutting up to 4.0" diameter tubing with up to .125" wall.   The pull-apart option is not available on this unit.

JB600 - capable of cutting up to 6.0" diameter tubing with up to .250 wall.   The pull-apart option is not available on this unit.
